NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING for Bridgnorth RFC LTD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF THE COMPANY
Eligibility to Vote at the Meeting - Those members who are paid or paying members of the club as at the date of the meeting will be eligible to vote at the meeting.
To be held at 6.30 pm on Wednesday 20th January 2021 at The Marquee, Edgard Davies Ground, Bandon Lane Bridgnorth to consider the following resolutions:
1. That the company’s articles of association be amended in the form attached to this notice.
2. That the constitution of Bridgnorth Rugby Club be amended in the form attached to this notice.
We will advise re any meeting information details ie - zoom when we know where we are with the Tier system
