Get Your Shirt On This Sunday

Bridgnorth RFC rugby players pull on your club shirt and tune in to England Rugby’s Sunday morning virtual rugby sessions.
In the RFU’s new #GetYourShirtOn campaign, England legends are leading fun fitness and rugby activities to help 6-18-year-olds stay active and connected to their clubs during lockdown.
The activities are being live streamed on England Rugby YouTube and Facebook channels, with enjoyment being the name of the game.
You can watch a re-run of last Sunday’s session, led by former British and Irish Lions, England and Harlequins wing, Ugo Monye here. The three episodes are tailored to suit three different age-groups – U10 and below, U11 to U14 and U15 to U18. This Sunday will see Rugby World Cup Winner and former England and Wasps full-back Danielle Waterman putting youngsters (and their parents) through their paces.
With community rugby moving back to Stage A on the Return to Rugby Roadmap, it’s important for players to continue to stay active, even if it’s from home. There’s no time for a lie-in on Sundays, lockdown or no lockdown!
#GetYourShirtOn and tune-in. The upcoming sessions will be streamed on England Rugby YouTube and Facebook at the following times for members of the same household to enjoy.
