A huge thank you to all coaches, players, parents and volunteers for making this year so successful and enjoyable.

- In the last 12 months we have continued to grow our membership

- BRFC is the only club that I am are aware of, who employs a colts and junior coach to improve player skills and coaching techniques- the Project has been running for 3 years and is proving beneficial, resulting in an increase in colts progressing to senior success. Thank you Grant Simpson

- We have grown our Worcester Warrior Rugby camps attendance to be the biggest at club level in the North Mids. Thank you for a great partnership Warriors Community Rugby

- BRFC have introduced and offered several technical kicking courses, proving extremely popular, thanks to Rob Cook Coaching

- We continue to demonstrate the core rugby values that are integral to our game, this culture and our behaviours is recognised by visiting clubs and referees

- We have seen a record number of boys and girls playing representative rugby for Warriors Academy, North Mids and Shropshire. Well done all

- We have introduced a ‘coach of the month award’ to recognise those who go above and beyond

- We have an absolute culture of coach support, sharing experiences and best practice across age groups

- Our outstanding connection with schools has ensured we have run more inter school events than ever before, for boys and girls. Thanks Chris Jew

- We have also raised thousands of pounds for charities in the community

⁃ We generate a fantastic revenue through Percy’s Pantry, thank you Percy Arch

- Finally, we have the best dedicated M&J pitches in the North Mids with room to grow our membership. So come and join us.
