🏉 Girls – Come and Try Rugby! 🏉

Tuesday 14 April

Have you ever thought about playing rugby? Now’s your chance!

We’re inviting girls of all abilities to a “Love Rugby – Open Training Session” at Bridgnorth Rugby Club. Whether you’ve played before or you’re completely new, rugby is a fantastic sport where everyone is welcome.

Why should girls play rugby?

• Build confidence and resilience
• Get fit and active while having fun
• Make amazing friendships and be part of a team
• Learn new skills and challenge yourself

Rugby is a game for all shapes, sizes, and abilities. You don’t need experience – just come along, give it a go, and enjoy the atmosphere!

Our coaches will run fun, supportive sessions designed to help girls learn the game safely and build confidence step by step. Rugby is more than a sport – it’s a community.
