Exciting News!

History in the making!

Bridgnorth Women & Girls section of Bridgnorth Rugby Club are launching a second Women’s senior team for Season 25-26.

Since its formation in 1998, the women's team has grown significantly, reflecting the global rise in women's rugby.

After an unbeaten League run this season, crowned League Champions, and are looking forward to promotion into Championship 2, Level 3 tier in the Women’s league structure, a fantastic achievement for our club. This League position will provide highly competitive rugby for our committed players.

The time is right for the club to introduce, a 2nd XV senior women’s team. Creating a pathway for junior girls’ players, to ease the transition to senior rugby, as well as those seeking a more fun, social rugby. We also aim to attract former players back into the game.

This is your chance to be a part of something amazing at Bridgnorth rugby club.

To kick things off, we’ll be hosting a FREE Give it a Try Touch rugby session, for Women and Girls on the Edgar Davies Ground on Wednesday 14th May at 7pm.

The perfect way to give rugby a try in a fun and friendly environment.
