BRFC International Tickets Terms & Conditions

  1. Tickets are subject to availability with no guarantee.
  2. Ticket prices are included as a guide only; any tickets allocated may be a different price from those applied for. In this instance a refund will be given, or additional payment needed.
  3. Completed application forms for tickets must be returned to the International Tickets Secretary by the date requested. Incomplete or late application forms will not be processed, and no tickets will be allocated.
  4. Payment must be received by BACS transfer BEFORE returning an application form. If payment is not received BEFORE returning an application form, then your application will not be processed, and no tickets will be allocated.
  5. From the Six Nations Tournament 2022 onwards, Twickenham will be a ticketless stadium; no paper tickets are being issued. To gain entry each spectator will need a smartphone onto which the Twickenham App has been downloaded. E Tickets will be transferred to your phone via the Twickenham App prior to matchday. By making an application to BRFC you agree to the use of E Tickets via the Twickenham App.
  6. By purchasing tickets through BRFC you agree to be bound by and comply with the RFU Ticket Terms & Conditions & Twickenham Stadium Ground Rules
  7. BRFC Committee wishes to emphasise to members one particular aspect of the ‘terms’ of receipt of International Tickets (allocated by the RFU to the Club). Members must ensure that tickets bought via the Club and given to them are not given / sold to anyone they do not know / trust. If a member no longer needs ticket(s) bought via the Club, they should contact the International Ticket Secretary who will arrange for the tickets to be re-allocated to another Club member. Any member or a member’s guest who sells International Tickets to third parties or ticket touts will be subject to Club disciplinary procedures.
  8. To be eligible to apply for international tickets you MUST be a current paying member of the Club. You must indicate your category of Membership when applying for tickets: ● Life Member ● Vice President ● Mens Adult Member ● Womens Adult Member ● Parent of a Mini and Junior Member ● Sponsor
