Nerys and Percy Arch have been awarded the North Midlands Senior Club Volunteers of the Year 2024 award.
This couple work tirelessly for Bridgnorth RFC both for the Senior section and Mini and Junior section.
Nerys is Club Secretary and Mini and Junior secretary, Membership Secretary, Women registrar, and social media advertising.
Percy volunteers and runs the Pantry on a Sunday morning, and lead the implementation of the new facilities at Swancote Energy Park.

Phil Jefferies - North Midlands Volunteer of the Year for Mini & Junior rugby.
A very well deserved award was presented to Phil at our sold out pre match lunch.
Phil ex 1st XV Captain, has been Chairman of Bridgnorth Mini and juniors for 8 years, and goes into his 9th year with the same enthusiasm and passion for developing all players.
Phil works hours every week on various tasks, from managing the committee, helping out with training and advising the coaches.
He's carried on the Junior project, where for the club he employed our Junior and Colts coach Grant Simpson, to continue to improve the skills of our junior players and coaches in a Tuesday night carousel of drills.
Phil instigated the partnership with the Star Scheme and continues to develop and support the scheme at Bridgnorth.
Well done Phil, very well deserved award and thank you for your dedication to rugby from all at Bridgnorth RFC.
